Its owners of the past 25 years - Charlie and Melina and their two sons believe that one of the key reasons for their success is their commitment to quality and the restaurants friendly family atmosphere.
Charlie and Melina are proud of the working 'family' they have built with their long serving staff including head chef Arman who began as a kitchen hand 25 years ago.
Weekly specials are offered every Friday and Carmines also offers outdoor dining and can cater for all your function needs both inside and out.

As you are probably busy organising your own business or daily routines and do not have time to organise functions rest assured Carmines will do its very best to organise your special occasion for you. We have both a pick up and delivery service and offer a home catering service.
